Updating Student's Badges

  1. Under "People", click "Students"
  2. Click "Settings"

  1. Then click "Badges"

  1. Retrieve the System ID number for the badges you wish to add

  1. Click "Back to Settings"
  2. Click "Back to Students"
  3. Click "Import" to open pop-up

  1. Click to download the formatted XLSX file
  2. Input data into XLSX sheet including the "System ID numbers in the "badges" cells
  1. Upload the XLSX sheet
  2. Ensure you are merging by "Student ID" and do NOT select "Delete students that are not in this file"
  3. Select "continue"
  4. Then select "import"
