Sending a Newsfeed Item to Twitter/Facebook from the Dashboard - 2021

From the Dashboard:

Step 1:  Select "News"

      

Step 2:  Select "+ Create New"

      

Step 3:  Enter a title and message  

              Add an attachment (OPTIONAL)

              Add a video  (OPTIONAL)

             Click "Continue"

            

Step 4:  Place a checkmark next to Facebook and/or Twitter.  Click "Continue"  

            

     

If your school Twitter or Facebook is not connected, you will be prompted to set up that account at this time 

Step 5:  Review your message and click "Send"

  On the dashboard, click on your user icon Click on "Profile" in the pop-up Make changes under "Social" Click "Save Changes"

• Create Personal Newsfeed Category - 2022

  Step 1: Login to your Dashboard and go to "News" > "Settings" Step 2:  Click "Categories", then "My Categories" Step 3: Click "+New" Step 4:  Name the Newsfeed Category and click "Save & Edit" or "Ok"

  In the Dashboard, click "Site News" The click the "Delete" button to the right of the item to be deleted

• Pinning a Newsfeed Item

  In the Dashboard, under "News", click "Site News" Click the "Pin" button to the right of the item to be pinned

• Unpinning a Newsfeed Item

  In the Dashboard under "News", click "Site News" Click the "Unpin" button to the right of the item to be unpinned
