Importing and Merging Locations

Objective

To explain the Importing and Merging functionalities for the Locations feature.

Locations is under Features in the Dashboard menu.

  

This is where all locations added are stored and can be organized into folders.

At the top you have the options to Import locations using an Excel file or Merge to combine duplicate locations.

Import

An Excel formatted for adding locations is provided and you can easily add your school's locations and save the file and then either drag the file or click to browse for it to import and upload locations quickly.

Merge

Merge allows you to combine duplicate locations that may have been created when adding Events and/or Creating News.
Simply select which locations you would like to merge together by deselecting the other locations and then click "Merge" at the bottom right.
