Import Calendar Events to an Existing Calendar - 2022

Objective
To show how to Import Calendar Events to an Existing Manual Calendar in the Dashboard.


Step 1: Navigate to Events, under, Features in the Menu.

Step 2: Select View for the manual Calendar that you would like to import events to add to.



Step 3: Select Import at the top.



Step 4: In the window that pops up, in the File Format Information, click here to download the formatted XLSX file for proper upload.

*Note that the fields marked with an * are required.
*Unrequired fields can be left empty but shouldn't be removed.



Step 5: After formatting your XLSX file with the Calendar events, rename and save it. Then, drag it into the drop window, or click there to browse and select it.

Step 6: Select 'Continue' and then you will see if the file is able to import properly or if there is any error that needs to be corrected.



Step 7: A Summary will appear for the Selected File. Click Continue if there is a green checkmark stating how many records are valid and 0 invalid record(s).

*Note that if there are any invalid records, you will want to correct them in the XLSX file and then resave and put the new file in the drag or browse field.



Step 8: After clicking Continue, you should see the message 'No errors found.' Click 'Continue' again, to be able to select 'Import'.




Lastly, after the calendar events are imported, you can verify that the events are added in the Calendar view:
