Editing Person Relationships

Objective

Provide walkthrough of how to edit a Person's "Relationship" from the Dashboard.

Click "People" then click "Manage People"



Use the search bar to find the user you want to edit. 



Select the "Edit" pencil icon next to the Person you want to edit.



This will take you to the Primary Details tab by default, click on the "Relationships" tab



To add Students the Person is related to, click on "Add Student"
Once you click "Add Student" a list of students from the site this Person belongs to will appear.
Click "Kind of Relationship" and choose the appropriate description



Clicking on "Add Parent/Guardian" will do the same thing, but in this case you are assigning a Parent/Guardian to the Person being edited.



If at any point you add the incorrect Student or Parent/Guardian, click the red trash can icon to remove them

Once you have competed your edits, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click OK if there is nothing else you want to edit on that person, and you will be returned to the mail People dashboard page.

If you want to edit information in addition to the Primary Details, click "Apply" instead of "OK", then click the tab you would like to edit (i.e. Account/Identities/Relationships).  Once you have completed all the edits, then click OK to complete the process.
