Creating a New Conversation on the Dashboard

  1. In the Dashboard under "My Conversations", click "New"

  1. Then you will be prompt to title the conversation and select the participants (if you do not see the name of the participant you are looking for search for their name in the search bar)

  1. Click "Create Conversation"
  2. Then type the message you would like sent to the participant and press "Send"

  1. The participant will get a push notification on their phone which will prompt them to reply
