Creating, Joining, or Ending Conversations from the Dashboard - 2022

Objective
To explain how to create, join, and end conversations on the Dashboard

To create a conversation from the Dashboard:

Step 1: Select 'Conversations' in the app menu

Step 2: Select '+ New'

Step 3: Enter Title and you have the choice to make the Conversation 'Public' as well

*Optionally you can Select Participants

Step 4: Select 'Create Conversation'

Step 5: Then type the message you would like sent to the participant and press "Send"
The participant will get a push notification on their phone which will prompt them to reply

To join an existing Conversation select  
Then select from the Public Conversations shown in the pop up window with  

OR Search for the Conversation

To end a Conversation from the Dashboard:

            Step 1: Open the Conversation

            Step 2: Go to the Settings 

            Step 3: Select 'Close' from the drop down menu
