Block Users from Conversations from the Dashboard

Block Users from Conversations from the Dashboard

Objective

To block users from the Conversations feature within the App from the School Dashboard.

Select "Conversations"



Click "Settings"

      

Click "Banned/Hidden Users"



Place a checkmark next to the name(s) to ban or hide (depending on the column)

      

                                                      OR

Use the search bar to locate the user.  Once the user is located, place a checkmark next to their name      

      

Click "Save"
