Adding the COVID-19 Screener to the App Menu

1. Click "App Builder"
   
2. Click "Menu Builder"
   

1. Click the "+" to the right of the section name
   
2. Edit the Label and Image
   
3. Select "Micro Sites" under Function
   
4. Select "Covid-19 Screener" under Site
