Adding/Removing Recipients to a Form
Add a recipient:
- Click "Forms"
- Choose "Edit" on the desired form
- Click the + button next to "Send responses to"
- Add the email of the person that you are wanting the responses to be sent to
- Click "Ok"
Remove a recipient:
- Click "Forms"
- Choose "Edit" on the desired form
- Click the "X" button connected to the email that you want to remove
- Click "Ok"

Create the form as usual Click Edit to the right of the form Select Dynamic Select a Distribution List(s) Click OK
Creating a Form Distribution List
Click "Form Distribution Lists" Click "+ New" Add Name Add Recipient Emails Click OK
